behind a booking.

These terms cover use of this website and bookings made through it with NR Photography. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and confirmation

Submitting a request through this site does not itself confirm your date. A ₱5,000 downpayment is required, and your date is confirmed only after the studio owner reviews and approves your request. The remaining balance is arranged directly with the studio.

Daily capacity

We take on a limited number of events per day to make sure every booking gets proper attention. A date may show as fully booked or closed even if you don't see an obvious reason — availability reflects our real schedule, including commitments made outside this website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your date, message us as early as possible through Messenger. Downpayments and cancellation terms are confirmed directly with the studio owner as part of approving your booking, since they can depend on how close the date is and what's already been arranged for your event.

Deliverables

Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within a reasonable period after your event. Specific turnaround and delivery details are part of what we confirm with you directly when your booking is approved.

Ownership and usage

NR Photography retains ownership of the photos and videos we capture and edit. You're welcome to use your delivered files for personal, non-commercial purposes — printing, sharing, and posting them yourself. We may also use select photos and videos from your event in our own portfolio, website, and social media, unless you let us know in advance that you'd prefer we didn't.

Venue and safety

You're responsible for making sure our team has permission to shoot at your chosen venue, including any venue-specific rules or vendor fees. We'll do our best to work within the conditions on the day, but we're not responsible for restrictions or limitations imposed by the venue itself.

Limitation of liability

We take care to protect footage and files once captured, but in the rare case of equipment failure, data loss, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected coverage. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
