How we handle
your information.

NR Photography (“we”, “us”) provides event photography and videography services in the Philippines. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking request through this site, we collect:

• Your name, contact number, and email address
• Event details you provide — event type, date, venue, package, and any notes
• Payment reference details and a screenshot of your payment receipt, which you upload directly
• The venue's address and, if you select it from the map search, its coordinates

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect anonymized traffic data (pages visited, general location, device type, and load performance) to help us understand how the site is used. This doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

Booking information is used to schedule your event, coordinate our team, and communicate with you about your request. Your booking is recorded on our Google Calendar, which we use as our internal scheduling system. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Booking and schedule data is stored in Google Calendar. Uploaded receipt images are stored via Vercel Blob storage. Venue search and map display are handled by the Google Maps Platform, which receives what you type or select in that field. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information tied to your booking at any time by reaching out through the contact details below. If your event has already taken place, we may need to retain basic records for a reasonable period for our own business and accounting purposes.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage only for small conveniences, like remembering that you've seen the intro animation. It does not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
